The best place to work. They take care of the employee very well. They support you when you are in need. I could not continue due to night'shift. The leadership team in the United States is very good.

...reatment with employees *) Corporate Slavery *) Dictatorship by leadership team *) Compelled to work extra hours and overtime without any pay. These so-called extra BTS hours are not paid as overtime. A voucher is provided which is based on the metrics and not the extra time you give. *) Forced to work extra hours every working day for 4 months where the compensation in the form of vouchers provided barely adds up to 10,000. *) Depressing work environment *) No space/forum to express your concern. By chance, if you express your concern then you are bullied by the manager *) Zero appreciation and recognition when you go beyond and achieve the metrics *) Nitpicking on your work when you ask for leave. *) You have to plead/beg for approval for leave, no matter how important or legitimate your reason is. It does not qualify as an emergency as per the leadership team. *) Zero scope for promotion or internal movement into other teams. The only chance you get is if you suck up to your managers. *) If you take leaves on Mondays and Tuesdays, the employee is forced to work from the office on Thursday and Friday as part of the punishment.

Terrible place and the policy are so worst that they ask us to pay back the sick leaves taken during the time of resignation. I would say never loose your better opportunity choosing this company.

Dislikes

1) No work life balance if you are not a part of senior management. 2) Do not expect any flexibility or even a slight concern to anyone’s issues unless you are a yes sir/mam person. 3) Management is corrupt, even if you complain about someone no action will be taken ever. They are all in the same boat. 4) Career growth is very limited and does not depend on your performance.

Having been part of PowerSchool for the past few years, I feel truly fortunate to be part of this family. The way our leadership address our questions, support growth, and help shape our career paths is outstanding. Recently, I came across some negative comments, and it surprised me to see how people could speak so poorly of others. We all experience both good and challenging days at work, but that doesn't mean we should criticise our workplace or leadership. From what I have read, it seems these comments may be rooted in personal issues with managers or senior leadership, which is disappointing to see. In my experience, PowerSchool is a fantastic place to work. Our managers and senior leadership understand our situations and genuinely support the team. We should value that and strive to maintain a respectful, positive workspace by respecting our leaders and each other. People must think carefully before posting such comments - no one is perfect. Let's make an effort to show respect to each others.
