absence of standard salary structure salary may vary for same position and experience . Lack of control over local politics amongst employees that create ill work environment. Absence of employee re-hire policy. The work pressure is very high employee have to work extra hours daily and have to work on weekand. That to without any compensation

Excellent place to work, provided many facilities to the employees. All the staff is co-operative and very good, always support to others.

Promotion is not as per the experience. If any employee join, he or she has to join from Executive level and not given promotion for first 3 years from joining.

Location in jungle where you will not get any basic services, like hospital also company not care about, if some accident happens with you, you had to wait for 3 hr for medical help because for that you required to be moved to pune or Mumbai
