Work culture is good and company policies and management is also very good as well, as the current scenario company allows every employee to work from home as possible also company HR team monitors every employee situation,overall I like this company..

Promotion is not as per the experience. If any employee join, he or she has to join from Executive level and not given promotion for first 3 years from joining.
