Company offers a high level of job security. Company have a robust machinery & production line. Career wise you won't have good growth & salary but on other hand the burden on employees is very less as compared to other companies of same field.

The main reason for which i left POSCO was its plant location which was not offering basic amenities around it

Only nagpuri chatus , can survive here , specialily on cgl line where iti chatu operator gets salary of 70k but same time good sincerely working engineer will get 50k salary, Main big boss is big shame for cgl line

Good place to work. Pay scale is too good. Job security is awesome

Location is an issue. Connectivity is not good. And they are not providing accommodation for family. Apart from these everything is very good

South Korean Giants, Stable Company, If you have to put your head down and just work to earn decent salary then this is best company, job security is excellent, company provide free transportation, free food for all employee including outsourcing also free full furnished accommodation, Gym, Facility for Sports for bachelor employees.

... 90% of Managers are from Nagpur and Promote employees from Same region only. 4. Low Salary to Employee below team leader Level: in current market condition, 80% of automotive steel sector is managed by posco Maharashtra...more than TATA and JSW. but according to HR Dept, we are falls under MID-Level company hence our salaries should be according to same structure. an engineer which joins as trainee on salary of 18,000 per month has reached to 45,000 per month after eight years of working in company where as a manager which joins a company for 25,000 with reference and with one year of experience is taking 150,000 in monthly salary within same tenure. this is how a world class HR works. 5. Wrong Promotion Structure: Team Member Promotion period is 4 Years but his manager can get Promote 3 times within these years. 6. No value for Education: Company does not consider your education if you have completed the same while being in service. (an MBA with 6 years of experience is working under B.com Manager) .........

There is a work process in POSCO company. Any work is done safely. Care is taken to avoid any damage or accident. And hr sir, md sir treats everyone like a friend.

... contract workers do not speak in a formal manner and behave in a normal manner. In terms of work, the salary does not increase systematically.
