Teammates were good. Job security is average, low. Work environment average.

Dislikes

I was from mechanical stream but they posted me in Factory Logistics department as a junior officer. This was disappointing. Sallary structure so weak. Some of my colleagues are from other states like Assam, Orissa, Hariyana etc.They were so far from there family just for 17000 rupees per month only. Low Increment.
