South Korean Giants, Stable Company, If you have to put your head down and just work to earn decent salary then this is best company, job security is excellent, company provide free transportation, free food for all employee including outsourcing also free full furnished accommodation, Gym, Facility for Sports for bachelor employees.

1. Non Capable HR Department: Not a single employee from HR department is Qualified enough to do their Job. Mostly recruited with each other reference and from really small scale companies hence treat employees like labour. Educational Qualifications of HR team are like B.A./B.Com/LLB from YCMOU, not a single person from reputed university or having desired education to suit their jobs. 2. Due to point no 1, 90% of recruited Managers are also from really small scale companies and have problem speaking or writing basic English language while communicating verbally or through mail (Educational Background is also B.A/B.com/B.Sc/Diploma and Very Few Engineers which are also through reference) and problem is these people control all employees in which (60% are B.E. and 40% are Diploma in engineering from Reputed universities) you can imagine rest of the situation. 3. Lobbing: 90% of Managers are from Nagpur and Promote employees from Same region only. 4. Low Salary to Employee below team leader Level: in current market condition, 80% of automotive steel sector is managed by posco Maharashtra...more than TATA and JSW. but according to HR Dept, we are falls under MID-Level company hence our salaries should be according to same structure. an engineer which joins as trainee on salary of 18,000 per month has reached to 45,000 per month after eight years of working in company where as a manager which joins a company for 25,000 with reference and with one year of experience is taking 150,000 in monthly salary within same tenure. this is how a world class HR works. 5. Wrong Promotion Structure: Team Member Promotion period is 4 Years but his manager can get Promote 3 times within these years. 6. No value for Education: Company does not consider your education if you have completed the same while being in service. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
