They don't give salary whatever they have mentioned on offer letter. You will never understand how much is exactly salary are you drawing. There is not any technical training or certification.

No proper induction,you will not get any proper response from HR or manager.

Mostly I liked the teammates of Polaris company everyone is Frank even the manager and team leader as well

There is a little bit issue of salary date When I joined the salary date was 2nd of the month after few months there was no fixed salary date more

Good environment for the freshers to start. We can gain more knowledge on banking domain.

Compensation is the worst thing to dislike. They will give less amount even if we get best ratings. Unless you raise resignation, they will not give you much hike.

the day Polaris is acquired by Virtusa and now named VistusaPolaris. Its worst policies, no hike, no variable paid on time, even reimbursement and food coupons are also not distributing on time, no cab and worst thing is job security, no vertical growth, I am working from last 3 years and my hike is pending from last 2 years. Virtusa is forcing and implementing its own and junk policies in Polaris. for name sake its saying Virtusa and Polaris are now single entity but its giving different treatment for Virtusa and Polaris employee.

...ned about work life balance but not for you if you are looking for quality work. Compensation is good and company is cool.
