Suddenly they terminate people without any notice and all althought they give the salary of the notice period but disregard to the loyal employees is what is very unpleasant in the company.

Compensation paid to the employee is not adequate. Poor communication from HR department, does not consider proper profile for the employee based on there experience and education. No voice for people working at base level to raise any sort of issues.

...r leadership values and skills. The associates and management aren't supportive. Poor salary, and on top of that they don't pay on time.

Hiring and firing, humiliation from manager without any reason, unpleasant surprise with immediate termination without any reason or notice, in the name of contract pick level of exploitation. No personal growth, No quality audio production. Most of everything politics in work place.
