...you have a supportive operations team which is there to help you with any issue. The salary comes on time and you get to spend a lot of time with kids developing their personalities meanwhile enhancing your own with each class.

Dislikes

Although a great company to work with but PS needs to develop a system and growth plan for teachers so that they can be assisted by the managers of their own team and also grow with in the company with plan.

Just nothing. You work for them and they will deduct your salary amount.

...pany to work for. They are unprofessional and don't respect the teachers at all. No fixed salary. If a teacher works hard, they said you are doing your work genuinely and that is why your pay will be deducted.

...at's what one expects to be the strongest since the founders are XLRI graduates. However if one wishes to start their career then the compensation is fair and as per industry norms.

Overall the organization is good however HR policies need to be strong also no job security and somewhat monopoly in terms of lead distributiin exists which makes the workforce demotivated, there should be a system for auto distribution of leads in order to reduce biases and promote healthy work cultre. Also poor leave policy unofficially you're required to work during weekoffs as well. Also the organization requires to work upon its lead generation techniques, the quality issue is immense, workforce gets the leads of the teachers and job applicants instead of the prospects. A lot of things need to be streamlined.

Nothing. The organisation is a fraudster. They don't pay to there employees.

Worst experience ever. I am a teacher and it has been 3 months that they haven't credited my salary yet. It is a fraudster company. You can not contact to any person. There is no one who can listen to your grievance. Please don't apply to this organisation, neither as an employee nor as a student. It is just a waste of money and time. It is a fraudster company and has eaten half of there employees money.
