The big comfort zone is there every one in this company using there mobile phone atleast 5 hours and 2 hours brake just one hour work is there.

...gossip, which creates a toxic atmosphere detrimental to productivity and morale. **Salary and Financial Transparency**: One of the most concerning aspects of my employment was the lack of transparency and fairness when it came to salary and appraisals. Despite consistent hard work and dedication, I was met with excuses about company losses and remarks like "Salary kha se du, paisa nahi hai." Moreover, there were instances where my salary was delayed by up to 15 days without any prior notice or explanation, causing financial strain and uncertainty. **Professional Growth and Learning Opportunities**: There is a glaring absence of learning opportunities, ethical standards, and career progression at Planet of Toys. The company lacks a clear vision for the future and seems to be operating solely to cover daily expenses rather than investing in employee development and growth. **Work-Life Balance**: While some may appreciate the flexibility to use their phones during working hours, it does not compensate for the lack of professional growth, mentorship, and the toxic work environment that prevails. **Conclusion**: In hindsight, joining Planet of Toys was the worst professional decision I have ever made. The experience has been filled with regret, frustration, and disappointment. I would strongly advise potential employees to think twice before considering a role at this company, as it lacks the basic elements of a supportive, transparent, and growth-oriented work environment. It is my hope that this feedback will serve as a cautionary tale and prompt the necessary changes needed to improve the work culture and practices at Planet of Toys.
