Managers favouritism makes working environment and culture worst.
I am at PPDS site Ahmedabad since last ૩ years, and witnessing the biasness in promotion, annual appraisal and day to day work distribution to fellow.
Some people sit whole the day and make PPT of 4-5 slides, while some are loaded with extreme work burden by manager.
Work life balance, many learning opportunities, exposure to connect with senior leaders, flexible working hours, stable and supportive HR, employee favourable company work culture, ample of leaves, free canteen facility, comfort zone
