Everyday some one else will be chosen not because they are better, just because they are born in a particular cast.

But don't expect fair pay even if you are stuck there the compensation is not at all commensurate with the amount of abuse you will endure. Feedback Overall, it is clear this company has no respect for its workers and only cares about exploiting them. Save yourself the hassle and look for opportunities elsewhere with employers who will treat you with basic human decency. One star is too generous a rating for such a poorly run operation
