The management is disorganized and unprofessional. The manager seems more interested in harassing employees than actually managing the business. You will be micromanaged to an absurd degree, with the manager constantly hovering over your shoulder and yelling at you for no good reason. Favorites pass time of manger is to do arrrryeeee yaaar kittna huaaaa They also require employees to sign a bond that forces you to stay for a set period of time, even if the work environment is toxic. But don't expect fair pay even if you are stuck there the compensation is not at all commensurate with the amount of abuse you will endure. Feedback Overall, it is clear this company has no respect for its workers and only cares about exploiting them. Hii To anyone who is reading these reviews and wanting to believe them, Every coin has two sides and likewise so does every story. These comments just talk about a side of story and hence, I feel y'all must know the other side of the story as well before any of you chose to make important life decisions based on these reviews. The firm brings in great opportunities to work on very good clients which will actually enhance your knowledge in that particular area of assignment which will then add upto your experience. Moving forward, yes, we are suppose to sign a bond but ofcourse the choice is yours whether to join or not. But let's just say when u are getting to work on good opportunities and work exposure you would anyways prefer to continue working in one organization for atleast an year. So a 15 month bond is no big deal. The firm has been compared to Big 6 in the reviews for its policies but ain't it very natural for it to not match up with Big 6 policies. And needless to say all the employees are well informed about the Firm's policies before the joining so it's not like the employees are kept in blind. Moving on to the timings, yes we did work for long hours but with enough breaks in between! A normal 10-11 hour work day came with almost 2.5 hours of Food Breaks making it effectively a normal 8-9 hour work day. So there's nothing to crib about. And last but not the least, Let's talk about Sharyansh whose name has been very conveniently used in this entire situation I would just say two things, In this professional and corporate world, when one is performing exceptionally well, there will be people who will try to pull them down. & Being a Team Leader, I understand that it's not an easy job to handle a team of 20-25 people alongside clients and of course not to forget the Firm. One comes across situations where they are to handle all of them together. A lot of the time it may have happened that the entire team might not have known every angle of any given situation and hence interpreted according to their own understanding without being aware about all the facts. And this can clearly lead to team members misunderstanding their leader and blaming him for the things and situations which didn't work in their favour. Oh god, I dont know from where is should start. I wish i have gone through the review about this frim from this website and glassdoor. I will try to cover as many things as possible but long story short, do not join this firm. I will give you reason in the following para, 1. Manager with whom i am working is a shit. He treats us like he owns us. you cannot leave the firm before 7.30 this is a rule and culture is to sit till 8.30 every day. Yes, Every day even though you dont have work to do and from past 4 months i have been reaching home after 10.00 pm everyday. (side note- CAs working here informed me that they this situation is persistent since past 6 months) 2. Even if we are working late they dont provide us dinner to us. Everyday we get street food and mind you that i am ok with the street food but i cannot eat everyday. once we had asked him to get us proper food (not fancy pizza) he informed us to get it ordered and you will get this reimbursed. 3. Speaking of reimbursement, you will get reimbursement after 3 to 4 months only and that you will get once HR performs FORENSIC of reimbursements 4. Micro Management- Manager says that we take 3 hours break, one for lunch, one for tea, and one for snacks. This is totally rubbish. further who says such things 5. Lately i have come to know that CAs who are working here had to sign the 15 months bond and still they leave before the bond period because of work harassment. 6. In my 5 month of tenure, 7 CAs/semi/employee/articles had absconded and attrition rate is also very high. 7. I would have to restart my career to find one
I have let the firm long time back because of following reasons; 1. I wanted to pursue my career in tax and litigation and I had enquired with the HR that I want tax and litigation and it was informed to me that Mumbai branch have Tax exposure and after couple of day I enquired with couple of articles and CAs working there and I released that Mumbai branch does not have any litigations or tax filing. I am unable to understand that How come HR can play with my career without even thinking TWICE. I was lucky and I left the FIRM. 2. I was there in the firm for only 2 weeks and one thing which I realised the no one is happy in this firm. Articles where trying to take transfer from the firm, Employees who where working where counting days to leave the firm. (FIRM have e BOND policy and every employee is supposed to SERVE 15 months in the organisation) 3. Colleagues where informing me that OUT OF POCKET expenses take 3 to 4 months of time. Although this was my 1st organization and I had informed this to my Dad who himself is a working professional. He told me to leave the organization at the 1st place. 1. As per my knowledge The quality of work is not good. Quality of work of Statutory audit & forensic audit is bad. There is no proper allocation of work. 2. Work life balance is not good. Mostly, you have to work for all Saturday's. Overtime working is quite normal in firm. 3. Stipend/salary is less as compared to the efforts & time you had given. 4. The work culture is not good.
