...with different cast tend to get better exposure every time and in every project. Few years down the line you will question that why he/she is getting more salary than me when infact we are from same firm. Imagine happening this to you everyday. Everyday some one else will be chosen not because they are better, just because they are born in a particular cast.

...ces you to stay for a set period of time, even if the work environment is toxic. But don't expect fair pay even if you are stuck there the compensation is not at all commensurate with the amount of abuse you will endure. Feedback Overall, it is clear this company has no respect for its workers and only cares about exploiting them. Save yourself the hassle and look for opportunities elsewhere with employers who will treat you with basic human decency. One star is too generous a rating for such a poorly run operation
