In other company minimum 10 paid leaves are there. 9) No any professional growth.. Gives 2 marks to new joiners... 10) Company main income is from new employee bond

1) This company is not an IT company, SO It's my humble Request To the Tester And developer please do not apply here in this company. And do not waste your time here. I got Call From HR dept for Testing profile but after selection they made me to do Calling job. 2) When I asked for documents after leaving the job they asked me 75000 Rupees. And mailed that exit process and document will be received.

Disastrous Organization, Nothing to like here they steal your Leaves and also deducts the salary without any intimation. And they never gives reason for deductions in salary even after multiple request. Strictly not for experienced professional (specially contractual position). Fresher can join to start their career but only on roll employment. (Do not join on contract of GENIE and Genius, they are puppets of Piaggio HRD)

Unprofessional HR people with whimsical mind, they do not keep even their own words on Hikes and Increment. If you are on Notice Period and asking them layoff, you will be an offender for them. And they will start to strategize your relieving. Once you are out you will receive legal notice / Recovery notice, And you will be absconder for them

The company has given the salary me during COVID even if we were not able to go to work in office . My training was actually going to end in August after the extension they gave us last year telling that they could not absorb us due to market situation. So trainees thought this year they are going to absorb us this year instead they have asked us trainees to quit or work under the 3rd party contract instead of absorbing inside the company. So the HR department has some weird policy of keeping the people working with less salary and giving extensions on training period for consecutive years so that people get irritated and quit and HR will recruit new trainees for the same work. So they get their work done without making any people permanent.
