You don't no ,when you will get fired from company,project lasts for only 6months ,after that they will fire immediately without giving any notice,so don't ever go to photon .If they give you 100%hike also

*Poor I strongly recommended the people to not join this company. *It's ok for HR and Finance and Admin related peoples and not for Core IT professionals. *They won't care about employees health, life, money management and balance, they only care about the over productions. *Many of the useless TL/Managers/PMs are there, they screw the team members to secure their job and hide that they are not a good leaders and not suitable for the positions. *Many Female employees are worst, they use the male persons effort and work to manage to show that they working hardly, even the Leads also not taking care of that. *No proper culture and alignment like other MNCs and not peaceful workspace. ****Finally Saying That This Company Not A Employee Favored Company For Even 0%******

...n this company they hire for project fire after that. They play with word legal. They will give you big offers but fire you in couple of months after project with out salary. It's a fraud company please never ever take risk to join such company.

...han 300 which is also a big number. These people lie a lot. They hire they fire. No salary in proper way un necessary salary deductions.

Salary is good. nothing else is good about this company.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with, in my 10 years of career. They treat employees very badly. Even though there are managers, there is no proper project management. Company force employees to work on continuous weekends. Sometimes send unprofessional emails to force employees to work overtime. Not recommended.
