...n the trap easily. Even in probation period, you need to serve 3 month's notice. No Bench policy, HR will fire immediately without notice/pay. HR, Project Manager doesn't respond to your mail, chat for any Query or for Onboarding to project. Employees need to be in the ODC for 8.50 hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP. Employee should maintain 6 productive hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP if you fail to provide proper justification. No Shift allowance/CAB even you work in night shifts. Micromanagement with Pro hance tool No Work-life Balance, Worst company policies & culture, No Job Security. Company has implemented the policies primarily to create pressure or stress for the employees.

You don't no ,when you will get fired from company,project lasts for only 6months ,after that they will fire immediately without giving any notice,so don't ever go to photon .If they give you 100%hike also

No career growth No job security No hike and promotions No projects to work , never know tomorrow may be your last day, if you are on bench /project No positive environment to work No work life balance Insist to work on every weekend, no comp offs provided Expect to work 24 hours a day , no personal life only People with infants also have to work late nights, early morning (no exceptions)

Senior level management is not good, No growth, no work life balance. sometime you need to work on Sunday also but you will not get salary for that.

Dislikes

In few project you will get good team made but all meetings are happing in Tamil only if you don't know Tamil then it's really difficult to serve here. No facilities.
