The guide lines of company are very clear and honest for everyone and I enjoyed the work in the starting days

After few months it's getting taste like bitter, too much of targets and pressure and salary hikes, management changed there whole working system with some mass selling

...sales job so there was much pressure of onboarding merchants and servicing them. If I talk about salary and bonus salary and in the name bonus there was only a 500 rupees gift card on the occasion of Diwali that's all

No work life balance, no proper hierarchy. Good for those who are passionate about sales.

Salary and Benefits, Team engagement programming, On appraisal on every cycle is satisfied

Hangouts are till late nights also, competition launching new products but this organisation is waiting for long time to take a division.

Likes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot reside. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Likes

The lunch is provided. The half yearly outings were good earlier.

Dislikes

Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. Career Path Projects are a trap. Affairs inside the office and terrible moulding of bau of their people making exceptional cases. All manipulation and show off in LGBTQ community though giving none importance to mental health and even physical be it even pregnancy. Birthday leave, marriage leave, mourning leaves etc are not there anymore.
