There is nothing dislike about company but ASM is one of the worst manager you will ever get , if you thinking to joining phonepe than think twice. Because manager don't know how to handle 100 ppl , he is just looser , who always cribs about his team mates infront of all the TSM , ASM , OPS & MIS.

UNNACESARY REVIEW OF 6 HOURS & YOU MUST HAVE TO TURN ON THE VIDEO UTTER NONSENSE. 6. NO CAREER GROWTH AT ALL , YOU WILL BE TSM EVEN AFTER 5YEARS OF WORKING NO CAREER PATH. 7. DONT KNOW HOW TO READ THE REPORTS AND MOST OF REPORT HAS BEEN MADE BY OTHERS IN THE NAME OF TUJE SIKHNA HAI , AAGE BADHAN HAI. No future growth, company is to selfish as they give salary but they want that employe should do Rs 25 text transactions for each account and they donot compensate for that. Regarding future you will not get any direction or opportunities . When ever they promise for anything they will never complete there commitment.

The lunch is provided. The half yearly outings were good earlier.

Dislikes

Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. Career Path Projects are a trap. Affairs inside the office and terrible moulding of bau of their people making exceptional cases. All manipulation and show off in LGBTQ community though giving none importance to mental health and even physical be it even pregnancy. Birthday leave, marriage leave, mourning leaves etc are not there anymore.

The guide lines of company are very clear and honest for everyone and I enjoyed the work in the starting days

After few months it's getting taste like bitter, too much of targets and pressure and salary hikes, management changed there whole working system with some mass selling
