Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. Career Path Projects are a trap. Affairs inside the office and terrible moulding of bau of their people making exceptional cases. Good for learning as a backend developer -Huge scale

Pathetic work life balance You will be expected to work at night and work during weekends . You can take a leave, but that will not change the expected deadline. You can spend your entire week taking care of ad hoc tasks and then your manager will still expect you to make progress on your other tasks

Dislikes

Company culture is very poor. Managers are shouting their teams on floor like road side shop owners. Appreciation and recognition events are very rare in non sales core teams. Not felt working in a corporate company.

(only sales perspective) Work in sales(acquisitions) gets tougher by the day, multiples companies offering the same service for free, and competition have products while PhonePe does Work becomes becomes mundane and redundant, there are opportunities to get promoted in the company but takes time and limited positions.
