PhonePe is one of the best employers. The Sales team is mainly a support function which is helping to expand phonepe's footprint. The offline sales team which is into merchant acquisition is well taken care off and work culture is decent. Company needs to introduce some more products and look at monetization of the channel that hasbeen created in last 2-3 years. Its lagging behind competition due to lack of oversight and the company think tank is working unilaterally to bolster the online side of things. ( Insurance, MF , Stock broking ,AMC) are all good steps and in the right direction but its high time the large offline team be also utilised for generating some business....Read More
