...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot reside. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

No career growth Job security issue- Everytime managers saying I will terminate you. Not understand and recognition of market visit & market issues. Ask to join hangout before job time. 8:00 AM , 8:30 AM Hangout call. After 7:00 PM hangout.Only hangout. Giving meaning less project. Appraisal KPI change in appraisal month. Driving different KPI and doing appraisal in different KPI. Without understand problem sending show-cause notice. Threatening termination. Data not coming on daily basis...after coming 15 days letter data and discussing upon last 15 days some KYC issue and all which is not possible things. Not considering PCL Rank in appraisal. Driving PCL every month but Appraisal not doing on PCLs KPI NOT clear Appraisal KPI.. changing KPI in Appraisal month. Not getting appreciation from manager whatever you perform well.

In a initial stage company is good, good package giving.

Dislikes

Company politics destroy your career, East delhi state head like shahid khan ZSM & HR all involve to safe his job. They hired TSM for 6 month then give him notice period then after forcefully resigned. Don't enter in this company there management is really destory your CV.

Phonepe is very good company and all senior manager are supporting, salary on time ,all benefits like insurance, appraisal, incentive, etc are good.

On time salary. Saturdays and sundays off. And there is nothing ko like.

Dislikes

There is nothing to learn. Company is slow in launching new products and products launched is of worst quality. As KAE you will have daily targets which you will have to meet otherwise you will need to give justification on evening call. Now KAE's job role has new name PAE ( Premium Account Executive). Attrition rate is high in KAE vertical.
