Salary on time... Taking care in Covid situation

Changes in working culture since 2019. Don't have future if you're joining on TSE level. They don't have trust on TSE. No goals no ambition also yoh can't explore and explain here. Expenses didn't increase since 2013. Field staff work load day by day increase. Some employees are depress after 2019. Cause they spend time here & hang that mind on same work & now this age none of company will hire them at current age criteria. If you're joining this company as on even trainee leave within 1 & half year, many of employees left company after 2019 when they understand company don't have Faith in them

Culture, caring & commitments .... if your doing everything in legal way your serving your long time here... Everything on time ... they are giants in their category cause of their right commitment & culture

I’m TSE & I’m not on roll person ... thirty party pay me everything ...on which position I’m working there’s is no opportunity for growth it’s take too many years to promote maybe even not.... company believes on person who more educated but not on that who have lots of experience & knowledge regarding business

Good environment and satisfied consumers good marketing skills company policies are good salaries growth and bonus per year Overall it's a good palace to work independently.

There are so many jobs which is on contract basis. That is big disadvantages of PMI.
