*Hitachi digital services Fixed 25.44 LPA (base salary -1 L) Variable pay 2.16LPA Overall -27.60LPA (excluded Gratuity and benifits) *Presistence Systems with Client *Zebra technologies.*( Work with client office) Fixed - 26.69 LPA ( base salary -80K) Variable pay- 2.72 LPA Overall -29.40LPA( Deducted food -40k , gratuity -38k from this over all) Which is best for work life balance and career growth ? Please suggest a good one with some details. Thanks in advance

...elected in 2 to 3 projects but none of the project started. They wasted my time. Suddenly they called and asked to resign (silent layoff) with 3 month basic salary. Still I am surviving for job

...ated to an good project. Felxible timing Wfo mandatory is dependant on project. If you are having any special skills they will give you that bonus as well

Dislikes

Life will get worst when you are allocated to Indian client. You will be forced to work more. And no benefits of it. Micromanagement is done with people who are not having more experience. To retain good relation with client they can accept unrealastic timelines. If you are bench more than 1 or 2 months you will be forced to put down the papers.

We get good compensation salary benefits, additionally food is also provided during lunch. We get to work on new technology project’s but projects do not last much.

... attendance portal you can't add more than 9 hours shift No work life balance Need to pay for horrible food 40K even if you don't eat there Raise just 3 % this year Taking leaves also feels like a favour on us
