They don't even deposit EPF amount as stated 5. They will hire with no proper planning on project allotment and suddenly terminate you 6. This company don't have future vision and they will tell lies about their project during joining

Only Permament work from home is the lolipop they give to new candidates

unorganized , unprofessional company , lay offs are high , after lay off don't pay the full and final settlement you have to literally follow up legally still it is not received

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
