Dislikes

Work Life Balance can be a challenge. Brands comes with lots of legacy & baggage (not sure if that is positive or negative).

The company is open to innovation and deadly adopts latest technology .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but grouth I slow . The work pressure is very high . Some times , I have to work 14_18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clint cals in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal.
