Office premises is really good. Moderate work life balance. Salary is getting 3-4 days prior to month end.

Dislikes

Company policies are not that good. Lot of cost cutting happening since few months. Even Pepsi employees not getting enough Pepsi.. like earlier we were getting Pepsi cans but now they made it like a soda pub where you can take Pepsi in paper glasses, and they did it bcoz many employees taking some cans with them at home.. so cheap... And there are vending machine to get lays or other chips but the packets are close to expire... So cheap thing from such a big organization... They think employees do not get such things...

Gives personal security, free food, free transportation, have good work life balance. Many company just says about it, PepsiCo really offers it

Dislikes

Could have offered more salary, the salary part is a big disappointment.

The employee culture is excellent. The company encourages good work-life balance not at the cost of below average salary. The pay scale is good for people with significant CPG experience.

Dislikes

The company is highly leadership driven with less focus on employees at the associate or mid-senior level. Also, the employee's roles and skillsets aren't correctly mapped. This can be discomforting to many people and might affect their career goals.

Work culture is supportive, company policies are good - the company runs on passion and thrives on your inputs. You can find a place where you are valued and treated as an inclusive member, independent of your background.

Dislikes

Decent compensation but not much perks for the field teams. There are days with too much work, but boundaries can be established, and they are respected. Handover takeover process remains a miss, though even though the team supports alot.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
