No work life balance. No pramotion, salary not received ontime we have wait 3-4 months, seniors not supportive. Managers call at anytime for work even weekends and holidays. We have to give work explanation in every 15 min. No respect to employees.

...mpany CEO is terrible. He thinks is the only person working in the organization. Very micro managed, financially messed up, doesn't give salary for months together. Works in very old fashioned way. Very foul mouthed CEO with full of arrogance and disrespectful to not just entry level employees but to senior/top management employees as well.

Iam very thankful to pelican products such a great atmosphere to work with my teammates, everyday i grow up my experience level for career growth and the management is nice with employees towards pressure on work and giving a lack of confidence, overall I am very satisfied with pelican products.

I have just completed one month in this organisation but it better place to worl as you have Work life balance, can direct interact with your manager, flexibility in work timing.

Good for freshers. But one should switch post 1 to 1.5 year.

Company management should invest in training in-house development team for technology before implementing in Project. Project managers and team managers should consider developers a team and should not push all the blame on the developers. Product and module designers should train in designing before designing stuff. Company should value current employees and invests in their learning. Hr and finance must stand against unethical policies like not paying performance bonus for last year once employee puts paper
