One of the 1st Indian company using AI in Compliance & Fraud solutions.

The company CEO is terrible. He thinks is the only person working in the organization. Very micro managed, financially messed up, doesn't give salary for months together. Works in very old fashioned way. Very foul mouthed CEO with full of arrogance and disrespectful to not just entry level employees but to senior/top management employees as well.

Iam very thankful to pelican products such a great atmosphere to work with my teammates, everyday i grow up my experience level for career growth and the management is nice with employees towards pressure on work and giving a lack of confidence, overall I am very satisfied with pelican products.

Company management should invest in training in-house development team for technology before implementing in Project. Project managers and team managers should consider developers a team and should not push all the blame on the developers. Product and module designers should train in designing before designing stuff. Company should value current employees and invests in their learning.
