It's good dor freshers to start there career. Will not recommend for experienced person.

Management not at all supportive. They lied to everyone about salary hike in 3 months not fulfilled after working here for 10 months. They apply sandwich policy way more wrong.

the company is really nice for the fresher roles, you will see the culture of corporate their, using latest technology, salary on time , alternate saturdays off, cafeteria, saturday activities, special occasion celebrations.

Dislikes

I only dislike the salary they are giving to their employees, that is very less, and also you will not get learning from their at seo department. you have to learn it by own.

...orcing the employee to work overtime even they didn't giving you overtime pay. And if you take a leave for before salary day they just hold your salary for a month one of the worst company in Dehradun I'm working here from last 8 month.

This is my job in pearl organisation. The working environment is nice. I am learning so many new things. My mentors and colleagues are so supportive and helpful.

So far so good. However, salary is bit low and can be increased with perfromance.

- No Work Ethics - No Employee and Client Satisfaction - No Appraisal cycle - For Sales executive no Incentive These kind of employer only know one thing and that is filling up their own pocket. They are making fool the client as well as make fool of employees.. They already have multiple cases in labour court also they misuse ARBY Yojna and all employees having PF accounts Created by them are disabled right now. They don't care if you family have any kind of emergency they just want you to be present wheather you are productive or not. They don't care for your hard-earned money. All good reviews which you see online for this company, all are fake. People working for 2-3 year getting an appraisal of 500₹ . Also if they give you extra weekend due to national holiday it will be compensated in coming weeks. So this is the truth about this Lala company and you are an emotional fool if you believes what this employer(lala) used to tell about themselves. Here are few words how they make you fool emotionally:- 1. Whenever somebody grow people will let you Down. 2. I can show you cases of labour court and they are not related toh employees but related to GST. 3. Always tell you stories of Elon Musk and Bill Gates just like they are going to be next Billionaire Last:- If still you want to join this organisation they God Bless You and Your Soul. And be prepared for the actual toxic culture you've heard of.
