Dislikes

Management not at all supportive. They lied to everyone about salary hike in 3 months not fulfilled after working here for 10 months. They apply sandwich policy way more wrong.

There is nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

There is no work culture and poor management. The owner focuses only on sales and sales. They don't care about the client's work, and in the end, if the client escalates, they simply blame the developers. Additionally, the company frequently creates new policies according to their convenience, aiming to maximize earnings from clients while cutting amounts from employees' salaries. One such policy is the "Sandwich Policy," where if you take leave either before or after a given leave, they count all as NPL (non-paid leave).
