It was an assignment with corporate HQ as HR Head to lead and head the entire HR / IR team across company deployed at PAN India basis. , initially identified the gap in terms of Payroll , Compensation & benefits, Performance appraisal , Training & development , statutory compliance and industrial relation as company still under old rules and practices, so got an opportunity to map the entire organization and exceedingly did well in all aspect as adjudged by management. Team mates got collaborative and positive with help of them implemented the entire new concept across all desired domains of HR / IR. Assessed in my view a good place to have good learning and exploring opportunity at large along with good work environment and work life balance.

Company still not come out from work place politics , less career oriented and no job security .

Very bad in maintaining decipline, rules and regulations, work is not systematic or organized , never get salary on time no increment, no promotion, fake promises No safety,very less equipment to work on Overall worst company

... GM, at Kolkata level understands your problems and grants leaves when required. The pay also is much better here as compared to other CA forms where you work your rear end off with half the salary.

You can learn so many things at site by your own.

... all his relatives on every site and they are doing too much corruption on site. No time of salary. Non technical person are more at site who are ruling at site.

...n is also not willing to change the company culture. Absolutely worst company. Never join even if you get a 10 times higher package from your present earning.
