Dislikes

Company termed them self as best in terms of management and employees benefits.. But very poor management Hr are not good they do not release your salary on time if you put notice even FandF settlement is not proper. Toxic work culture and management is involved in making people to work in toxic nature.

There is nothing to like in this company they keep on hold to your salary, while releasing fnf they deduct every possible penny from the entire amount all the deductions are charged for no reason. There is no good reason to join this. You end up working your like donkey here and don't even get a single appraisal

There is nothing to like here in this company. As folks said Paz(dont )care is the right name. Name sake co-founders are decision is taken by one / 2 yrs exp folks. if you are good with management you will get the double promotion in the same year. No KRA's no KPI's. Designation is thrown in air. Very TDH is a Manager.

Finance team is one of the worst team. Who will not read your mail. No reimbursement done on time. KAM should use their money for travel and no reimbursement for months together. But they have money for specific group parties where only CEO and his group goes out.

Lots of learning curves and tendencies to own things and run the show unlike usual startups

Dislikes

Too much groupisms and unethical decisions taken in terms of employment. Unclear visionaries. Every individual in the organization come up with high hopes and tend to give their best. You cannot suck their blood of out their veins to get your job done. A systematic flow n design needs to be initiated and the same needs to be communicated to the team. Being flexible with every individuals rather than forming a group and taking a decisions. It’s so annoying to see this group giving false inputs in running the show. Being able to hear out every individual’s concern
