Company termed them self as best in terms of management and employees benefits.. But very poor management Hr are not good they do not release your salary on time if you put notice even FandF settlement is not proper. Toxic work culture and management is involved in making people to work in toxic nature.

Lots of learning curves and tendencies to own things and run the show unlike usual startups

Dislikes

Too much groupisms and unethical decisions taken in terms of employment. Unclear visionaries. Every individual in the organization come up with high hopes and tend to give their best. You cannot suck their blood of out their veins to get your job done. A systematic flow n design needs to be initiated and the same needs to be communicated to the team.
