If you are into sales then your job is insecure and higher authority regional manager use abusive language and speak wrong words for your mother & sister and incentives is to bad , traveling expense are only in air no seriousness towards it .

I was learning many diffrent things of product of paytm . i also learned that how i deal with the customers.

If you did any mistakes for the product, then your salary will be stuck . Growth is slow , and the relationship between employers and company is very bad. Because if you have done any single mistakes, or if you send a wrong email you will fire from the job .

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.
