In Paytm Fairday logic Using,no more salary hike or promotion given to employees on more than 3 year.Job Security is worst in that case.Now here server issue on paytm account opening ,now also they ask the old targets without new account opening,Totaly Don't be Expect after joining on this.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Quality work which is impactful There are some good managers and leads who constantly support you throughout your journey

Poor compensation for college grads Less promotion A guide for freshers - switch within or before joining here Management is very opportunist , will ask you to work when they want and will layoff by using buzzwords like AI

This company is unacted. I joined this company 6 month back...but still I am not getting my salary...every month I got 2000/6000 like this only...they don't care about employees and customers too...they never focus on solving the customer problem and customers problem too... please don't joined this company anybody.

I think Paytm is good for pay salary on time, work from home facility, punch in punch out system is good.

Dislikes

Management is not so good, I think they need to change working culture in the Paytm like how to behave with your colleagues and juniors.
