Dislikes

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

as a fresher I get good opportunity here. for a fresher it a good opportunity to work in paytm because in nowadays when everyone is asking for experience paytm is not asking experience because they got cheap labor.

in paytm there is very toxic work environment, you don't get any promotion and appraisal they give literally zero % of hike. for job security management instantly fire employees for the very silly reason like if you can't make the aws infrastructure ready in 5 days (for a single person) management will fire instantly. there are no working hours fixed. and even you will never get any appreciation from your manager....Read More

Worst company ever, I worked for 3 years in the company, but the company did not give me a single increment, and also without informing your salary was marked absent and your salary was deducted, the job is not secure either, cost cutting every year 2 times, neither the company's culture is very bad the HR department also bad, HR also depends on ASM, and HR does whatever ASM says, I worked here for 3 years but my salary was not increased and the new hire was given 40% more salary than me.
