The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.

How easily they deceive the employee. They will show you the moon, stars, and the sun during onboarding. And I don't see anything good. Oh, I just remembered, they were teaching how to fool people properly.

...ive such a high target that you'll be completely exhausted trying to achieve it. And the biggest thing is, there’s no fixed salary at all. Even that, if the employee has worked between the 15th of the previous month and the 15th of the next month, only then will the salary come; otherwise, it won’t. An employee who joins between the 1st and 5th of the month is out of luck they definitely won't get their salary because they won’t be able to complete the target in just 10 days. Even if you work the whole month, you still won’t get paid. Because it will take 4-5 days just to understand the work and to get product knowledge. It's laughable, during onboarding they’ll say there's no work pressure here, that they don’t put pressure on anyone. But how can you not give pressure when you don't even pay the salary. No uniform, no sense of dressing, anyone can wear anything and go. The senior people will probably be sitting and talking while chewing gutka. No work no pay

-Good compensation compared to market -Work from home flexibility

Dislikes

Everything else is a problem. -Culture sucks. Leadership is arrogant, extremely rude & busy doing internal politics. Also, they are incapable of taking decisions most of the time and are only good at beating around the bush. -No job security at all. They can ask you to leave any day without giving any heads up since they have to cut down costs. It has nothing to do with your performance. -Even work satisfaction is not there most of the time because one day leadership will tell you to leave everything else & work on some task on priority and when you do, they won’t even look at it the next day because apparently priority got changed. -No training or help provided to new joiners. They just simply expect you to know everything from the start and will taunt if you are unable to meet their expectations. -No rewards & recognition, no HR connects, no fun activities ever, etc. They think that since they are paying you decent, you should be ready to do anything for them.
