Work life balance is null, office politics, Specially some of non technical persons entered into the organisation by their manager or director post friends and hr is non cooperative. Job security is very less I was layed off by team politics even no mistakes are done fake performance feedback is given even the features is not live but managers will say you missed a bug which is identified in the prod environment.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Poor compensation for college grads Less promotion A guide for freshers - switch within or before joining here Management is very opportunist , will ask you to work when they want and will layoff by using buzzwords like AI

Job security: As such not available, in every town hall meeting, VSS will ensure nothing to be worried orbit just after 2 weeks, silent layoffs would start every year in multiple rounds. First you'll be transferred to other teams, consider yourself as first target in next layoff list. Sustaining 1 year is easy, but from next year onwards, all team members would be worried for the list. Appraisal: Average appraisal would not even beat Indian Govt. inflation %age. If luck would get somewhere around 8-15%. In my team, many received appraisal ranging from 2-5%. Management: If for some reason you're transferred to OCL team for client projects, you'll see nothing available..
