And it's a purely commission job not a fix salary job.and one is most favourite reason that all seniors says that he is responsible n when ask him then that said I m not he is responsible. It's a 10 to 20 people chain that he gave you solution ...who gave u solution .those give solution. Totally

...to think as role is micro market manager but truth is different on ground level. I worked 3 month with no salary. And when I resigned nobody call me for issue. Such a very bad leader company. Actually paytm is only recog by tv add. Otherwise it's a most pathetic company no one praise this company.

Lots of employee join it to left very good organisations but they all are left paytm and they are unemployed. Very bad time suffer to all that employee include me. Vijay shekhar Sharma you are zero men because you don't know about your company boss . Micro market manager role all employee include dehradun and uttar pradesh are ready to expose your company in media on pan level . Because we r really suffer when we joined paytm worst company.

Overall, the promotion process at paytm is effective and generally fair. The strengths outweigh the weaknesses, and I believe the company is committed to recognizing and rewarding employee contributions.

Salary for sales grade employees is to worst because of there point based salary structure .few didn't get 5000 per month working for 30 days.

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.
