...parts about working at Paytm. A. People here get a flexible work environment. B. The compensation is amazing. C. Colleagues and bosses are super cool and supportive in most of the teams.

Since, Paytm has been there for more than a Decade now, I sometimes feel lost in the crowd. There's lack of appreciation here.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Only thing could be they pay u good to get you in the organisation (for few months).

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.
