There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

When I joined Paytm, I thought it would be good but after being good for some time, soon they started putting pressure on us and there were some new criteria in the company due to which a lot of problems arose.

The company only serves its own interests and does not pay any attention to the employees

Poor compensation for college grads Less promotion A guide for freshers - switch within or before joining here Management is very opportunist , will ask you to work when they want and will layoff by using buzzwords like AI
