No job security No projects Extreme layoffs - as they generally layoff people who are about to complete an year or have just completed an year. So Start looking for job once you have completed 8 months in Paytm.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.
