No Job security.They will offer high salary but 30 % are variables.it will get depends on traget achievements.If we not meet there high targets monthly basis they put it PIP and make jobless

Salary for sales grade employees is to worst because of there point based salary structure .few didn't get 5000 per month working for 30 days.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.
