They promise for fix pay, but they don't do it actually, it's all depends on your sales, No job security, abviously they can fire you anytime off to the employment, team leaders and managers will steal your leads, and will fire you for No performance, PIP will surprise you to achieve it, which is highly impossible !

...m leader and you will be getting a team to handle but it's first scam with you Second scam you will be given your fixed salary but you have to beg to management on every month for salary. Deductions as per management to fill there own bucket. In simple words you are the beggar for the company.

Dear job seekers, let me explain my honest review working at paytm - I joined paytm KAM in 2023 through campus placement, and I was disgusted from day 1, I thought why crime did i commit joining this organization. No learning, no respect, no growth, only one thing you'll hear every week "onboard merchants otherwise leave the organization." otherwise I'll terminate you. this is most pathetic sales job, 8-10 hrs you'll be only on field that is normal, but guess what even after they'll torture you for the results. I was asked to resign without serving notice period within few months of joining. Even though I was giving good results. If you don't want to ruin your career, avoid this organization for sales, other departments like IT, Operations, HR are good to go, it doesn't respect it's sales employees, my half career is ruined by them. you know highest attrition rate among industries is of bank, but even bank job is safer than this. plus:- don't fall in a trap of designation they provide, My was team lead, junior/Sr. manager even city heads also work individually, Everyone goes on roads everyday in hope to find a merchant to install Paytm's QR, also every now and then they'll force you to sell soundbox, EDC etc.

...loyees like dirt. Promises a lot of things while hiring but everything is scam. Hired as KAM for QR department, on fixed payroll but started deducting salary on the name of daily productivity. They provide no support to sales person, promised monthly incentives and travel reimbursements but give nothing. This job is like digging up a grave for your mental and physical health.
