Overall, the promotion process at paytm is effective and generally fair. The strengths outweigh the weaknesses, and I believe the company is committed to recognizing and rewarding employee contributions.

Salary for sales grade employees is to worst because of there point based salary structure .few didn't get 5000 per month working for 30 days.

Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.
