In this company, fsc of edc department does not get salary, the company keeps opening job every month, and gets one month to work, when the time of salary comes, it says that you did not achiv salse target Has been done and then sending recovery emails from FSC also bothers. The manager or team leader in the company takes full advantage of this. No company in India will have this type of recruitment and withdrawal,

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.
