Its salary structure, working conditions, 0 work life balance, they treated employess as slave take more than 18 hrs of work from employees and then tell them that they don't need them..worst experience ever. No infornation related to promotions and promotes managers relatives despite of them being non performers.

If you are into sales then your job is insecure and higher authority regional manager use abusive language and speak wrong words for your mother & sister and incentives is to bad , traveling expense are only in air no seriousness towards it .

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Only thing could be they pay u good to get you in the organisation (for few months).

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.
