Good working nature and atmosphere.

Dislikes

There is no fixed salary for FSCs, because of this FSCs leave work for 1 month and because the salary is not reduced, FSCs are scolding TLs with bad words. QR teams should have only QR and SB sale, if FSCs are freed soon to achieve all targets. TLs are required to hire every month.

1.No salary have to pay from our pocket for courier expenses 2. Petrol expenses zero have to travel daily 60 to 70kms market visits but no day allowances and no petrol allowances 3. Unreachable targets 4. They are always hiring

... 40 shops if you don't do then absent Your login and logout should be 8 hours...or will be marked half day Daily you will have to sell 2 soundbox or will be marked absent Other task is also assigned which will be asked to complete like loan, insurance, Market is saturated where already phone pay, google pay ,paytm are working for more then 5 years...no shop shopkeeper will respect you ...they expect daily two sound box if not marked absent They promise to give 25000 or 30000 in interview and pay 4000 or 5000 after all deduction even after working 10 hours a day for full month...tl and managers just don't care ... Dont spoil career in this company total waste of time .. Hr gets commission to hire you they just lie to trap ...

On time salary & other benfits ,best work place to work for the higher positions like state head,regional head & ASM ,because they pass there sales pressure & blame towards team leaders & sales officers. Therefore there job is secure by eating job of entry & middle level employees.

When I was working as a Team leader that time I found attrition rate of sales officer & sales trainee are very high because of non-fixed salary then also high sales pressure & due to merchant(Clients) high objection at local market. ASM & states heads only pass there work pressure towards team leaders & entry level staffs.
