Its a good place to work. Only concern here is off role (third party) employment. Those who are off role employees do not get justified compensation and definitely this is the only reason I felt to switch from paytm rest everything is good.

Noting is to be considered as bad in paytm. Seriously Its a great place to work.

There is noting to like in Paytm.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Only thing could be they pay u good to get you in the organisation (for few months).

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.
